Calling an open meeting to establish an Independent Artists Collective of Baltimore. Our goals for this meeting include:
-Establishing collective standards for the process of payment to artists, and communication surrounding contracted work.
-Creating accountability surrounding pay schedule and communicated expectations.
-Determining late fees for significantly delayed payments for contracted work.
-Developing a 6-month, 1-year, and 2-year plan to raise the bar for Baltimore to be a sustainable place to live as an artist.
-Accepting volunteers to approach different institutions, organizations, and venues, as a coalition to forge agreement on new standards.

TAMA is an all-volunteer, non-profit endeavor and is free to join. Our vision is to create connections, answer each others’ questions, and share inspiration through our collective experience and wisdom. We grow together!

Visibility options include: everyone, only me, all members, and my friends. Just a heads up, the “Only Me” option includes TAMA administration so we can collect the data for the field.
